If your discount code isn’t applying at checkout, here are a few common reasons and easy fixes:

  • Already used it?
    Many of our email discount codes are valid for one-time use only. If you’ve already redeemed the code, it won’t work again.

  • Subscription discounts
    All subscriptions automatically receive 15% off, plus you’ll get 15% off any additional orders placed while subscribed. Discount codes don’t stack on top of these built-in savings.

  • Already discounted items
    Discount codes can’t be used on subscriptions, bundles, or other items that are already discounted.

  • Cafe-only codes
    Occasionally, we send out discount codes that can only be used in our cafes and not online. If your code isn’t working on the website, check the message or email where you received it, it may be valid in-store only.

  • Expiration dates
    Most codes expire about three weeks after they’re sent, so check when you received the offer.

  • Account-specific codes
    Some codes are tied to your email address. Make sure you’re logged in with the same email that received the offer.

  • Copy-paste errors
    If you’re copying and pasting the code, double-check that there are no extra spaces before or after the text.
