To swap one coffee for another in your subscription, start by logging into your account here:
blackoakcoffee.com/apps/customers/portal


Once logged in, you’ll see Your Subscription. Scroll down to Edit Products.


Find the coffee you’d like to replace and tap Swap item to choose a new coffee. You can either search for a specific option or scroll through the available selections. Once you’ve made your choice, your next order will automatically update with the new coffee.


Please note that some coffees are available only as one-time add-ons and will not appear as options for subscription swaps. Additionally, Tasting Club and Signature Series selections cannot be swapped, as these feature curated, rotating coffees chosen by our roasting team.
