Subscribers can easily adjust how often their coffee ships. For example, if you find you’re running out before your next delivery, you can change your frequency from every 4 weeks to every 3 weeks—or space it out further if you have extra coffee on hand.


Pro Tip: To qualify for free shipping, consider ordering 3 bags every 6 weeks instead of 2 bags every 4 weeks. It’s a great way to save while keeping your coffee fresh.


To update your delivery schedule, start by logging into your account here:
blackoakcoffee.com/apps/customers/portal 


Once logged in:

  1. Select “Manage Subscription.”

  2. Click the three dots (•••) in the upper right corner.

  3. Choose “Edit Frequency.”

  4. Select from a dropdown menu above the calendar

  5. Once you have adjusted your preferred interval click Confirm.

That’s it--your new shipment schedule will automatically apply to all future orders.
