My package was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived. what should I do?

It’s surprisingly common for USPS to mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive, and we’ve noticed this happening more frequently over the past year.

We know you’re eager to get your coffee, so here’s what to do next:

  1. Give it one more day.
We know that’s easier said than done, but in nearly all cases, the package shows up within 24 hours.

  2. Check with neighbors and contact your local post office.
Sometimes a carrier delivers to the wrong address or holds the package for pickup.

  3. Reach out to us after 3 business days if your package still hasn’t arrived.
We’ll be happy to help from there.

Please note: missing packages must be reported within 30 days of the original delivery date for us to issue a reshipment.
