Once your coffee has been assigned a shipping label, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
Most orders ship via UPS, which typically arrives within 2-5 business days of leaving our roastery.
You’ll also receive a delivery confirmation email once your package has been marked as delivered.
Please note that carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If your coffee hasn’t shown up yet, give it another day, then feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be glad to help
