You can easily update your personal and subscription information from your account dashboard.


To update your account details (name, email, phone number, or birthday):


  1. Go to mysubscription.blackoakcoffee.com and log in.

  2. From your dashboard, click Manage My Subscription.

  3. In the subscription settings, you can:

    • Edit your email address

    • Update your phone number

    • Set your birthday (this can only be entered once)

  4. When finished, click Save to apply your updates.


Important notes:

  • If you’re locked out of your account, we can send you a secure link to log in directly — just email us at support@blackoakcoffee.com.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
